MAX22192ARC+

Part Number : MAX22192ARC+

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX22192 is an IEC 61131-2 compliant industrialdigital input device with integrated digital isolation. TheMAX22192 translates eight, 24V current-sinking, industrialinputs to an isolated serialized SPI-compatible outputthat interfaces with 1.71V to 5.5V logic voltage. A current-settingresistor allows the MAX22192 to be configured forType 1, Type 2, or Type 3 inputs. For proximity switches, the field-wiring is verified using the wire break feature. When wire break is enabled, the active-low LFAULT output is assertedand a register flag set if the input current drops belowthe wire break threshold for more than 20ms. Additionaldiagnostics that assert active-low LFAULT include: overtemperatureprotection, low 24V field supply, 24V field supply missing, and CRC communication error. For robust operation in industrial environments, each inputincludes a programmable glitch filter. The filter delay oneach channel can be independently programmed to oneof eight values between 50µs and 20ms, or filter bypass. The MAX22192 has an isolated 4-pin SPI interface, andin addition uses isolated active-low LLATCH input for synchronizinginput data across multiple devices in parallel, and isolatedactive-low LFAULT output for instantly alerting the host of anydiagnostic issues. The digital signals with a name startingwith L are logic-side signals, and the digital signals with aname starting with F are field-side signals. The MAX22192 field-side accepts a single 7V to 65V supplyto the VDD24F pin. When powered by the field supply, the MAX22192 generates a 3.3V output on the VDD3F pinfrom an integrated LDO regulator, which can provide up to25mA of current for external loads in addition to poweringthe MAX22192. Alternatively, the MAX22192 can be poweredfrom a 3.0V to 5.5V supply connected to the VDD3Fpin. The logic-side of the MAX22192 is powered from asingle 1.71V to 5.5V supply to the VDDL pin to interfacewith 1.8V, 3.3V, or 5V logic levels. The MAX22192 has an isolation rating of 600VRMS for 60seconds and is available in a 70-pin GQFN package with2.3mm clearance and creepage. MAX22201ATC+T

Part Number : MAX22201ATC+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX22201/MAX22202/MAX22207 integrate one36V, 3.5A peak full bridge capable of driving one brushedDC motor. The full bridge features very low impedanceFETs with a typical RON (high side + low side) of 0.3Ω resultingin high driving efficiency. The peak current ratingof 3.5A is limited by the overcurrent protection threshold(OCP). The peak current is defined as the maximum currentthe driver can provide for short transients. The maximumRMS current is 2A and is typically limited by thermalconsiderations. The 2ARMS capability refers to a standardJEDEC 4-layer board at 25°C ambient temperature. Thereal operating maximum current depends on the applicationthermal characteristic (PCB ground planes, heatsinks, ventilation, etc.).The MAX22201/MAX22202/MAX22207 feature a non-dissipativeand accurate integrated current sensing (ICS) andan embedded internal current drive regulation (CDR) circuitto monitor the current through a motor coil and limitthe peak output current. When the motor current exceedsthe current limit threshold, the full bridge enters a decaymode for a fixed off time (tOFF). For brushed motor driveapplications, the current drive regulation guarantees safeand reliable operation of the driver under normal conditionsor during motor startup and stall conditions, and alsoreduces system power and supply bypassing requirements.A scaled copy of the internally sensed current isoutput to an external pin (ISEN). For more information onthese features, refer to the Detailed Description. All versions feature overcurrent protection (OCP), thermalshutdown (TSD), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Anopen-drain active-low fault indication pin ( active-low FAULT) is activatedevery time a fault condition is detected. The device is packaged into a tiny TDFN12 3mm x 3mmpackage. Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX22444–MAX22446 are reinforced, fast, low-power 4-channel digital galvanic isolators using Maxim’s proprietary process technology. These devices transfer digital signals between circuits with different power domains, using as little as 0.74mW per channel at 1Mbps (1.8V supply). All of the devices in the family feature reinforced isolation for a withstand voltage rating of 5kVRMS for 60 seconds. The MAX22444–MAX22446 family offers all possible unidirectional channel configurations to accommodate any 4-channel design, including SPI, RS-485, and digital I/O applications. Output enable for the A side of the MAX22445R/S/U/V is active-low, making them ideal for isolating a port on a shared SPI bus since the active-low CS signal can directly enable the MISO signal on the isolator. All other output enables in the MAX22444-MAX22446 family are the traditional active-high.All channels on the MAX22444–MAX22446M/N are always enabled, however, the default state of the outputs of these devices is selectable.Devices are available with a maximum data rate of either 25Mbps or 200Mbps, and with outputs that are either default-high or default-low. The default is the state the output assumes when the input is either not powered or is open-circuit. See the Ordering Information and Product Selector Guide for suffixes associated with each option. Independent 1.71V to 5.5V supplies on each side of the isolator also make the devices suitable for use as level translators. All of the devices in the MAX22444–MAX22446 family are available in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with 8mm of creepage and clearance. The package material has a minimum comparative tracking index (CTI) of 400, which gives it a group II rating in creepage tables. All devices are rated for operation at ambient temperatures of -40°C to +125°C. ApplicationsBattery ManagementFieldbus Communications for Industrial AutomationIsolated RS-485/RS-422, CANIsolated SPI InterfaceMedical Systems
