The bq40z80 EVM includes one bq40z80, two bq771807 secondary protectors, and a link to Microsoft Windows based PC software, which can be used to monitor and predict capacity, perform cell balancing, monitor critical parameters, protect the cells from overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, and overcurrent in 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, or 7-series cell Li-ion or Li-polymer battery packs. The circuit includes an on-board EV2400 interface to USB so the software can read bqz40z80 data registers, program the chipset for different pack configurations, log cycling data for further evaluation, and evaluate the overall functionality of the solution under different charge and discharge conditions. IWR6843ISK is an easy-to-use mmWave sensor evaluation kit with a long-range antenna enabling direct connectivity to the mmWave sensor card carrier (MMWAVEICBOOST). The board enables access to point-cloud data through a USB interface, and raw analog-to-digital converter (ADC) data through a 60-pin high-speed connector. This kit is supported by standard mmWave tools and software, including mmWave Studio (MMWAVE-STUDIO) and the mmWave software development kit (MMWAVE-SDK). IWR6843ISK paired with MMWAVEICBOOST can interface with the MCU LaunchPad development kit ecosystem. A 5-V 2.5-A supply brick with a 2.1-mm barrel plug (center positive) is not included. TI recommends purchasing an external power supply that complies with applicable regional safety standards. This new antenna kit allows you to do real-life testing to find the optimal antenna for your application! The antenna kit includes 16 antennas for frequencies from 169MHz to 2.4GHz including PCB antennas, Helical antennas and Chip antennas as well as dual band band antennas for 868/915MHz combined with 2.4GHz. The antenna kit includes a uSMA(JSC) cable to connect the wireless LaunchPads and SensorTags. A one-time integration of the SimpleLink platform enables you to add any combination of the portfolio’s devices into your design, allowing 100 percent code reuse when your design requirements change. This LaunchPad kit supports programming and debugging from Code Composer Studio™ and IAR Embedded Workbench® integrated development environments (IDEs). Bluetooth Low Energy You can kick start your development with the SimpleLink CC26x2R LaunchPad and the SimpleLink CC26x2 SDK. The SimpleLink CC26x2 SDK includes the Texas Instruments royalty-free Bluetooth low energy (BLE) software protocol stack (BLE5-Stack) component supporting development of single-mode Bluetooth 5 applications on the ARM® Cortex®-M4F based SimpleLink Bluetooth low energy CC2642R wireless MCU and SimpleLink Multi-Standard CC2652 wireless MCU.
