The ADATE320 is a complete, single-chip ATE solution that performs the pin electronics functions of a driver, comparator, and active load (DCL), and a four quadrant per pin parametric measurement unit (PPMU). Dedicated 16-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with on-chip calibration registers provide all the necessary dc levels for operation of the device. The driver features three active modes: high, low, and terminate, as well as a high impedance inhibit state. The inhibit state, in conjunction with the integrated dynamic clamps, facilitates significant attenuation of transmission line reflections when the driver is not actively terminating the line. The open-circuit drive capability is ?1.5 V to +4.5 V to accommodate a standard range of ATE and instrumentation applications. The ADATE320 can be used as a dual, single-ended pin electronics channel or as a single differential channel. In addition to per channel high speed window comparators, the ADATE320 provides a programmable threshold differential comparator for differential ATE applications. All dc levels for DCL and PPMU functions are generated by dedicated, on-chip, 16-bit DACs. To facilitate the programming of accurate levels, the ADATE320 includes an integrated calibration function to correct for the gain and offset errors of each functional block. Correction coefficients can be stored on chip, and any values written to the DACs adjust automatically using the appropriate correction factors. The ADATE320 uses a serial programmable interface (SPI) bus to program all functional blocks, DACs, and on-chip calibration constants. It also has an on-chip temperature sensor and overvolt-age/undervoltage fault clamps that monitor and report the device temperature and any output pin or transient PPMU voltage faults that may occur during operation. The ADATE320 is available in two options. The standard option has high speed comparator outputs with 250 mV output swing. The ADATE320-1 has 400 mV output swing. The AD8376 is a dual channel, digitally controlled, variable gain wide bandwidth amplifier that provides precise gain control, high IP3, and low noise figure. The excellent distortion performance and high signal bandwidth make the AD8376 an excellent gain control device for a variety of receiver applications. Using an advanced high speed SiGe process and incorporating proprietary distortion cancellation techniques, the AD8376 achieves 50 dBm output IP3 at 200 MHz. The AD8376 provides a broad 24 dB gain range with 1 dB resolution. The gain of each channel is adjusted through dedicated 5-pin control interfaces and can be driven using standard TTL levels. The open-collector outputs provide a flexible interface, allowing the overall signal gain to be set by the loading impedance. Thus, the signal voltage gain is directly proportional to the load. Each channel of the AD8376 can be individually powered on by applying the appropriate logic level to the ENBA and ENBB power enable pins. The quiescent current of the AD8376 is typically 130 mA per channel. When powered down, the AD8376 consumes less than 5 mA and offers excellent input-to-output isolation, lower than ?50 dB at 200 MHz. Fabricated on an Analog Devices, Inc., high speed SiGe process, the AD8376 is supplied in a compact, thermally enhanced, 5 mm ? 5mm 32-lead LFCSP package and operates over the temperature range of ?40?C to +85?C.ApplicationsDifferential ADC drivers Main and diversity IF sampling receivers Wideband multichannel receivers Instrumentation Data Sheet, Rev. 0, 8/07

LT3754EUH Demo Board | 16-Channel Boost LED Driver, 20V ≤ VIN ≤ 28V, VLED = 55V @ 50mA
Analog Devices Inc.
DC1436A is a 16-Channel High Voltage Boost LED Driver featuring the LT3754. The LT3754 drives up to 50mA per string and has a maximum LED string voltage of 45V. The VIN terminal is powered from an 8V to 14V input supply and is distinct from the 24V PVIN supply (20V to 28V) for best thermal performance. Overvoltage protection is set at 55V in case the LEDs are removed from the circuit. If the LEDs are opened, the FAULT terminal output flag goes low and reports the fault condition. If one or more of the 16 LED channels is not used, its LED pin or terminal should be tied to VOUT (LED+) to disable it. Multiple channels can be tied in parallel by tying their LED1-LED16 pins together.

The ADA4571-2 is a 2-channel anisotropic magneto resistive (AMR) sensor with integrated signal conditioning amplifiersand ADC drivers. The device produces analog outputs that indicate the angular position of the surrounding magnetic field. Each channel consists of two die within one package: an AMR sensor and a variable gain instrumentation amplifier. The ADA4571-2 delivers clean and amplified cosine and sine output signals per channel related to the angle of a rotating magnetic field. The output voltage range is ratiometric to the supply voltage. Each sensing channel contains two separated wheatstone bridges at a relative angle of 45? to one another. A rotating magnetic field parallel to the plane of the IC package delivers two sinusoidal output signals, with the double frequency of the angle, ?, between the sensor and the magnetic field direction. Within a homogeneous field parallel to the plane of the IC package, the output signals are independent of airgap between the sensor and the magnet. The ADA4571-2 is available in a 16-lead SOIC package.Product Highlights Contactless angular measurement. Measures magnetic field direction rather than field intensity. Minimum sensitivity to air gap variations. Large working distance. Excellent accuracy, even for weak saturation fields. Minimal thermal and lifetime drift. The ADMV1012 is a compact, gallium arsenide (GaAs) design, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) double sideband (DSB) downconverter in a RoHS compliant package optimized for point to point microwave radio designs that operate in the 17.5 GHz to 24 GHz input frequency range. The ADMV1012 provides 15 dB of conversion gain with 25 dB of image rejection, and 2.5 dB noise figure. The ADMV1012 uses a radio frequency (RF) low noise amplifier (LNA) followed by an in phase/quadrature (I/Q), double balanced mixer, where a driver amplifier drives the local oscillator (LO) with a ?2 multiplier. IF1 and IF2 mixer quadrature outputs are provided, and an external 90? hybrid is required to select the required sideband. The I/Q mixer topology reduces the need for filtering of unwanted sideband. The ADMV1012 is a much smaller alternative to hybrid style DSB downconverter assemblies and eliminates the need for wire bonding by allowing the use of surface-mount manufacturing assemblies. The ADMV1012 downconverter comes in a compact, thermally enhanced, 4.9 mm ? 4.9 mm, 32-terminal LCC. The ADMV1012 operates over the ?40?C to +85?C temperature range.Applications Point to point microwave radios Radars and electronic warfare systems Instrumentation, automatic test equipment (ATE)Satellite communications
