What is ElectronicsDatasheets?

ElectronicsDatasheets is an electronic component research and sourcing platform. You can search for electronic components, access datasheets, check stock availability and compare pricing from multiple suppliers — all in one place.

Does ElectronicsDatasheets sell electronic components?

No. ElectronicsDatasheets does not sell or hold inventory of components.

We operate as a research and sourcing platform only. We do not:

Take ownership of components
Handle payment
Arrange shipping
Provide technical support for components
Accept returns or warranties

All sales are directly between you and the individual supplier. Refer to each supplier's terms for returns, warranties, and support.

What components does ElectronicsDatasheets cover?

We index electronic components including semiconductors, passive components, electromechanical components, connectors, displays, switches and related products from major manufacturers worldwide. We do not currently cover: commodity items like cable or enclosures; mechanical components; or automotive parts (as distinct category, though automotive-grade semiconductors may appear).

If you can't find a component, it may not be listed by any of our participating suppliers or data sources. Contact us if you believe a component should be listed.

Using the Site

How do I use ElectronicsDatasheets?

Simply enter a manufacturer part number or component into the search bar. We'll show you relevant product information, datasheets, available inventory and pricing from participating suppliers.

When you've found the component and offer you need, click through to the supplier's website to check the latest information and complete your purchase.

Why didn't my search return any results?

Possible reasons:

The component may not be manufactured or supplied by any of our participating suppliers
The part number may be incorrect or formatted differently
You may need to try a different search (e.g., generic description instead of exact part number)
The component may be obsolete or out of production

Our search does not guarantee finding all available components. For components we don't have indexed, you may need to search directly on supplier websites.

Can I download electronic component datasheets?

Yes. You can search for and access electronic component datasheets without registering or creating an account.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can search for components, compare inventory and pricing, access datasheets and click through to suppliers without creating an account.

Why would I create an account?

Creating an account will give you access to additional features and tools as they become available, including our planned Bill of Materials (BOM) tools. Account creation is free and takes less than 2 minutes. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Stock & Pricing

Where does the inventory and pricing information come from?

Inventory and pricing information is provided by participating suppliers and third-party inventory data services, including TrustedParts (www.trustedparts.com). This enables ElectronicsDatasheets to bring together component availability and pricing from multiple sources within a single search.

How accurate are the prices and stock levels shown?

Electronic component inventory and pricing can change minute-by-minute. Stock may be reserved, on hold, or sold between the time we display it and when you access the supplier's website.

Prices shown are:

Indicative only and subject to change
May not include delivery, taxes or import duties
Dependent on quantity ordered (volume discounts)
May vary by region or customer type
Subject to supplier terms and conditions

You must always verify with the supplier:

Current stock availability
Final price
Minimum order quantities
Delivery timeframe and cost
Applicable terms and conditions

We are not responsible for price changes, stock unavailability or supplier pricing errors.

How often is supplier inventory updated?

Inventory update frequency depends on the method used to supply the data and the individual supplier or data provider. API-based inventory may be updated more frequently than inventory supplied through scheduled data feeds.

What should I know about the accuracy of information on ElectronicsDatasheets?

All component information, datasheets, stock levels and pricing are provided by suppliers and third-party data sources in good faith. While we work to maintain accuracy:

Datasheets may not be the latest manufacturer revision
Stock levels can change rapidly between updates
Prices shown are indicative and subject to change
Technical specifications may have been updated by the manufacturer
Not all suppliers or manufacturers are represented in our database

You must always verify:

Datasheets with the manufacturer before designing with a component
Stock and pricing on the supplier's website before purchasing
Product specifications for safety-critical, medical, automotive or aerospace applications

How do I know if a component is still in production?

We display component status where available, but this information may not be current. Always verify with the manufacturer or an authorised distributor that a component is:

Currently in production
Still being stocked by suppliers
Suitable for new designs (vs. replacement only)

Some older components may appear in our database but no longer be available from any supplier. Contact the supplier directly to confirm current availability.

Purchasing

Who do I buy the components from?

You purchase directly from the supplier whose offer you select.

When you click through from ElectronicsDatasheets:

You are leaving our website and entering the supplier's website
The supplier's terms and conditions apply
We have no control over the supplier's pricing, stock levels, delivery or customer service
We cannot assist with orders, returns, refunds or complaints about the supplier

If you have issues with a supplier, contact them directly. We maintain supplier quality standards but are not responsible for individual transaction disputes.

Can I order internationally? Do you support multiple currencies?

Yes, many of our suppliers operate internationally. Stock and pricing shown are specific to each supplier. When you click through to a supplier's website, they will show you:

Delivery options to your location
Currency and final pricing (including any import duties or taxes)
Minimum order quantities and lead times for your region

Always confirm delivery information with the supplier before purchasing.

Does it cost anything to use ElectronicsDatasheets?

No. Searching for components, accessing datasheets and comparing component availability and pricing on ElectronicsDatasheets is free.

Data & Privacy

Does ElectronicsDatasheets share my searches or downloads with suppliers?

We do not share your personally identifiable information (name, email, company) with suppliers simply because you:

Searched for a component
Downloaded a datasheet
Viewed a supplier's offer

However:

When you click through to a supplier's website, you leave ElectronicsDatasheets and enter their website — their privacy policy then applies
We provide suppliers with aggregate, anonymised usage data (e.g., 'this datasheet was downloaded 150 times', not 'John Smith downloaded this')
If you create an account and voluntarily sign up for supplier alerts or stock notifications, your account information may be shared with that supplier to process your request
Suppliers can see that a click came from ElectronicsDatasheets, but not who clicked

How do I get my company's inventory listed on ElectronicsDatasheets?

Contact us and we'll discuss the most appropriate way to add your inventory. We can accept inventory feeds in a number of formats, including file transfer, FTP and API integrations.

Is there a charge for listing my inventory on ElectronicsDatasheets?

There is currently no charge for suppliers to have their inventory listed on ElectronicsDatasheets. Contact us if you'd like to discuss adding your inventory.

I'm a Distributor or Reseller. How do I list my inventory?

Contact our supplier team at feeds@electronicsdatasheets.com with:

Company name and contact details
Types of components you supply
Preferred data supply method (FTP, API, file transfer)
Any existing product catalog or data feeds

We'll work with you to integrate your data in the most efficient way.

What data formats do you accept for inventory feeds?

We accept inventory and pricing data in:

CSV/Excel files
XML
JSON APIs
SFTP or FTP file transfer
Direct API integration

Our technical team will work with you to set up the most appropriate integration method for your business.

I'm a component manufacturer. Can my products and datasheets be included?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from electronic component manufacturers wishing to improve the availability and accuracy of their product and datasheet information. Contact us to discuss adding or updating your product information.

How can I advertise on ElectronicsDatasheets?

We offer advertising and sponsorship opportunities for electronic component manufacturers, distributors and other relevant industry suppliers. Opportunities include display advertising and bespoke digital campaigns, and we can develop custom advertising and promotional solutions to meet specific objectives.

Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try a different browser

Datasheets won't download

Check your browser's pop-up blocker is not blocking downloads
Check you have disk space available
Try a different browser
Try downloading from the supplier's website directly

Supplier links are broken or take me to the wrong page

Suppliers update their websites frequently; the link may be outdated
Try searching for the component directly on the supplier's website
Contact us to report a broken link

Component information looks incorrect or outdated

Contact us with details of the error and we can contact the data provider to correct it
Verify all important information with the manufacturer before designing

Bill of Materials (BOM) Tools

What features will be included in the Bill of Materials (BOM) tools?

We are developing BOM management tools that will allow you to:

Upload and manage component lists
Check availability of all components in a BOM simultaneously
Receive pricing for complete BOMs across suppliers
Set up availability alerts for BOM components
Compare alternative components

These tools are currently in development. Account users will be notified when they become available. We recommend creating an account now to get early access when they launch.

Important: BOM tools do not perform design verification, compliance checks or safety assessments. You remain responsible for ensuring component suitability for your application.

We are responsible for:

Operating the website and search functionality
Displaying component information in good faith
Protecting your personal data in accordance with privacy law
Maintaining reasonable security

We are NOT responsible for:

Accuracy or completeness of datasheet or technical information
Stock levels or pricing shown (these are supplied by third parties)
Whether a component is suitable for your application
Supplier conduct, pricing, stock, delivery or customer service
