The POPP Solar Outdoor Siren is a self-sufficient siren for Z-Wave security systems. Due to its large solar panel it can be used without any additional power supply or batteries. The siren can be installed on any place on the outside of the house and can be controlled using Z-Wave. This way it extends security systems and calls attention in case of a triggered alarm. The siren issues a very loud sound (105 dBm) and in parallel some stroboscope light.

Furthermore the device is self-protecting. Removing the main device from the mounting unit immediately starts the siren and also reports the tamper attempt to the Z-Wave control center. All communication between the Z-Wave controller and the siren is encrypted and secured to protect against manipulation.

The POPP KFOB-C Remote Control is a 4 button remote control capable of both controlling its own Z-Wave network or acting as secondary mobile controller in a Z-Wave network managed by an IP gateway. It can directly control devices using four control channels (association groups) or trigger scenes in the central gateway. The KFOB can control both with standard and enhanced security and therefore supports direct control of door locks etc.

Wind and Weather Sensor: Z-Weather is a cup anemometer for Z-Wave installations. It continually measuresthe wind speed and can, for example, trigger closing of the awning and blinds if itis too windy. It also measures the amount of rotation, enabling calculation of thewind yield per day or per year. In addition, Z-Weather includes sensors for humidity,temperature, air pressure and dew point, essentially providing the core sensors ofa weather station.

This optional available power supply allows external powering (220 V) of different POPP device.

The POPP Wall Plug Switch IP20 can be placed between a wall outlet for Schuko plugs (plug type F) and electric devices, plugged in by cord. It can switch all loads up to 3500 W. The plug switch is IP 20 rated for indoor use.
