The NanoPi M1 is an Allwinner H3 based ARM board designed and released by FriendlyARM for hobbyists, makers and electronic fans. It is only two thirds the size of the Raspberry Pi. It is open source. It works with Ubuntu MATE, Debian and etc.
The NanoPi M1 uses the Allwinner H3 Soc. It integrates Ethernet, IR receiver, video/audio output and supports HDMI and AVOUT. It can be powered via the MicroUSB port.

The NanoPi M2 is another Samsung 4418 based ARM board released by FriendlyARM after the NanoPi 2 and NanoPi 2 Fire. It is only two thirds the size of the Raspberry Pi. It is open source. It works with Ubuntu Core, Ubuntu Mate, Debian, Android 5.1 and etc.
Compared to the Raspberry Pi 2 the NanoPi M2 uses the Samsung Cortex-A9 S5P4418 Soc. It integrates Gbps Ethernet, AXP228 PMU which supports software power-on/off and wake up functions. It can be powered via the MicroUSB port.
In such a small board it still integrates rich interfaces and ports. Besides the popular HDMI, 3.5mm audio jack, onboard microphone, four USB hosts and Gbit Ethernet it has a Raspberry Pi compatible 40 pin GPIO pin header and various video interfaces such as a DVP camera interface, an LCD interface which supports I2C capacitive LCD and etc. In addition, for user’s convenience it has a serial debug port for debugging and development.

The NanoPi A64 is a new board of high performance with low cost designed by FriendlyElec. It uses Allwinner’s 64-bit A64 quad-core SoC(ARM Cortex-A53). FriendlyElec has made a UbuntuCore and a UbuntuMATE image files for it.

The Smart4418 CPU board is a quad core Cortex A9 CPU board designed and developed by FriendlyARM for industrial applications. As a successor of the Smart210 CPU board it uses the Samsung Quad Core Cortex-A9 S5P4418 SoC with dynamic frequency scaling up to 1.4GHz. The standard Smart4418 CPU board has 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8GB eMMC. It has the AXP229 PMU enabling software power off/on and wake-up functions. In addition its Gbps Ethernet and audio jack make it suitable for various industrial applications.
The Smart4418 CPU board has 2.0mm pitch double row pin headers(P1, P2 and P4) containing 174 pins in total. These pins contain most popular interface pins. By default we have P1 and P2 soldered on the board and leave P4 for users'applications.
In addition we have a Smart4418/6818SDK carrier board with miniPCIe interface for 3G/4G modules, SATA interface, WiFi&Bluetooth with on board porcelain antenna, LVDS and RGB LCD interface, DVP camera interface and RPI compatible GPIO Pin-headers.
The most significant feature is the Smart4418 SDK carrier board can take a wide range of voltage from 6V to 24V, this meets industrial applications' requirement for wide range voltage inputs.
Note: When you connect an external hard disk to the board, you need to use a 12V/3A power adapter.
