MAX981CUA+T

Part Number : MAX981CUA+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX971–MAX974 and MAX981–MAX984 single/dual/quad low-voltage comparators feature the lowest power consumption available. These micropower devices draw less than 4µA supply current over temperature (MAX971/MAX972/MAX981/MAX982), and include an internal 1.182V ±1% (MAX971/MAX973/MAX974) or ±2% (MAX981–MAX984) voltage reference and programmable hysteresis.Ideal for 3V or 5V single-supply applications, these devices operate from a single 2.5V to 11V supply (or ±1.25V to ±5.5V dual supplies), and each comparator's input voltage ranges from the negative supply rail to within 1.3V of the positive supply. The single MAX971/MAX981 and the dual MAX973/ MAX982/MAX983 provide a unique, simple method for adding hysteresis without feedback or complicated equations, simply by using the HYST pin plus two resistors. The MAX971–MAX974 and MAX981–MAX984's open-drain outputs permit wire-ORed configurations. Thanks to an 11V output range and separate GND pin for the output transistor (MAX971/MAX974, MAX981/MAX984), these devices are ideal for level translators and bipolar to single-ended converters. For similar devices with complementary output stages, see the MAX921-MAX924 (1% reference) and the MAX931–MAX934 (2% reference).ApplicationsBattery-Powered SystemsLevel TranslatorsOscillator CircuitsThreshold DetectorsWindow Comparators

Part Number : MAX20049DATEL/VY+

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX20049 is a dual step-down converter IC with twolow-dropout regulators (LDOs), providing a single-chipsolution for automotive cameras. The two step-down convertersare designed for fixed-frequency PWM operationwith input voltages from 5V to 17V for MAX20049, 4V to17V for MAX20049C, and 3.5V to 17V for MAX20049D. The dedicated high-voltage inputs allow for a flexible solution. The IC provides voltage monitoring on all four output rails.Once an overvoltage or undervoltage is detected, power good gets pulled low. To accommodate long andinexpensive coax cables, the device has a 500mV SUP1hysteresis. Both bucks offer very low on-time and allowoperation from 17V input to 0.9V output. High-frequencyoperation allows for an all-ceramic capacitor design andsmall-size external components. The low-resistance on-chipswitches ensure high efficiency while minimizingcritical inductances.Output voltages are factory set and cover various sensor imagersneeding 3.3V, 3.0V, 2.9V, 2.8V, or 2.7V. The secondarysupplies cover the typical 1.8V, 1.2V, 1.1V, and Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown with automatic recovery. The buckconverters operate 180° out-of-phase from each other tominimize input current ripple. MAX20069GTL/V+T

Part Number : MAX20069GTL/V+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX20069 is a highly integrated TFT power supply and LED backlight driver IC for automotive TFT-LCD applications. The IC integrates one buck-boost converter, one boost converter, two gate-driver supplies, and a boost/SEPIC converter that can power one to four strings of LEDs in the display backlight. The source-driver power supplies consist of a synchronous boost converter and an inverting buck-boost converter that can generate voltages up to +18V and down to -7V. The positive source driver can deliver up to 120mA, while the negative source driver is capable of 100mA. The positive source-driver supply regulation voltage (VPOS) is set by connecting an external resistor-divider on FBP or through I2C. The negative source-driver supply voltage (VNEG) is always tightly regulated to -VPOS (down to a minimum of -7V). The source-driver supplies operate from an input voltage between 2.8V and 5.5VThe gate-driver power supplies consist of regulated charge pumps that generate up to +28V and -21.5V and can deliver up to 3mA each. The IC features a quad-string LED driver that operates off a separate input voltage (VBATT) and can power up to four strings of LEDs with 150mA (max) of current per string. The IC features logic-controlled pulse-width-modulation (PWM) dimming, with minimum pulse widths as low as 500ns with the option of phase shifting the LED strings with respect to each other. When phase shifting is enabled, each string is turned on at a different time, reducing the input and output ripple as well as audible noise. With phase shifting disabled, the current sinks turn on simultaneously and parallel connection of current sinks is possible. The startup and shutdown sequences for all power domains are controlled using one of the seven preset modes, which are selectable through a resistor on the SEQ pin or through the I2C interface. The MAX20069 is available in a 40-pin (6mm x 6mm) TQFN package with an exposed pad, and operates over the -40°C to +105°C ambient temperature range. MAX20075DATCD/V+T

Part Number : MAX20075DATCD/V+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX20075D/MAX20076D/MAX25276D are small, synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side switches. The MAX20076D/MAX25276D are designed to deliver up to 1.2A and the MAX20075D up to 0.6A, with 3.5V to 36V input voltages, while using only3.5µA quiescent current at no load. The devices provide an accurate output voltage of ±2% within the normal operation input range of 6V to 18V. With 20ns minimum on-time capability, the converter is capable of large input-to-output conversion ratios. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The devices can operate in dropout by running at 99% duty cycle, making them ideal for automotive and industrial applications. The devices offer two fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V. In addition, the devices can be configured for 1V to 10V output voltages using an external resistor-divider. Frequency is internally fixed at 2.1MHz, which allows for small external components and reduced output ripple, and guarantees no AM interference.
