With the aid of voxeljet's well-proven 3D printing process, objects are automatically produced from 3D CAD data. Thin layers are applied repeatedly to a building platform in a buildup process. These layers are then bonded together with fluid binder according to the layer geometry.The VX4000 system concept features a very large building volume of 4.000 x 2.000 x 1.000 mm, which is more than six times the volume of the next largest commercially available 3D printer.

The VX200 is the smallest 3D printer in the voxeljet portfolio. The machine is very compact, easy to operate and represents a competitively-priced entry point into the world of 3D print technology. In addition, the smallest 3D printer also offers the well-known advantages of the larger machines: the VX200 offers a robust machine design, and high-quality components ensure that it can also be used for continuous operations. The build space measures 300 x 200 x 150 mm. The piezo print head system of the VX200 reaches resolutions of up to 300 dpi. A layer applied in one cycle features a thickness of 150 micrometres. The build process for the VX200 is also fully automated and runs without interruptions. Due to its dimensions (2.1 m long x 1.5 m wide x 1.4 m high), the 450 kg VX200 is also suitable for installation in tight spaces.

The VXC800 is acontinuous 3D printer. This innovation establishes a completely new generation of machines that allows the building and unpacking process steps to run simultaneously, without having to interrupt system operations. There are virtually no restrictions with respect to the length of the molds. The width and height of the build space are 850 x 500 mm. The VXC800 works with a 600 dpi high-definition print head and a layer thickness of 300 m. The printed models offer a high degree of detail and excellent surface quality.
