This active power factor correction: transition mode: isolated flyback generates a constant current of 350mA on an LED string from high line (180 to 264Vac). The output accepts a voltage range of 40 to 120V. Open LED protection (overvoltage) and safety discharge of output capacitors are implemented as well.
