Description

The MAX9201/MAX9202/MAX9203 high-speed, lowpower,quad/dual/single comparators feature TTL logicoutputs with active internal pullups. Fast propagationdelay (7ns typ at 5mV overdrive) makes these devicesideal for fast A/D converters and sampling circuits, linereceivers, V/F converters, and many other data-discrimination,signal restoration applications.All comparators can be powered from separate analogand digital power supplies or from a single combinedsupply voltage. The analog input common-mode rangeincludes the negative rail, allowing ground sensingwhen powered from a single supply. The MAX9201/MAX9202/MAX9203 consume only 9mW per comparatorwhen powered from a +5V supply.The MAX9202/MAX9203 feature output latches with TTLcompatible inputs. The comparator output states areheld when the latch inputs are driven low.
