ICL7665ACSA+T

Part Number : ICL7665ACSA+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The ICL7665 warns microprocessors (µPs) of overvoltage and undervoltage conditions. It draws a typical operating current of only 3µA. The trip points and hysteresis of the two voltage detectors are individually programmed via external resistors to any voltage greater than 1.3V. The ICL7665 will operate from any supply voltage in the 1.6V to 16V range, while monitoring voltages from 1.3V to several hundred volts. The Maxim ICL7665A is an improved version with a 2%-accurate VSET1 threshold and guaranteed performance over temperature. The 3µA quiescent current of the ICL7665 makes it ideal for voltage monitoring in battery-powered systems. In both battery- and line-powered systems, the unique combination of a reference, two comparators, and hysteresis outputs reduces the size and component count of many circuits.ApplicationsµP Voltage MonitoringBattery-Backup SwitchingHigh/Low Temperature, Pressure, Voltage AlarmsLow-Battery DetectionOver/Undervoltage ProtectionPower Supply Fault MonitoringPower-Fail and Brownout Detection

LT1076IT#06PBF

Part Number : LT1076IT#06PBF

Analog Devices Inc.
The LT1074 is a 5A (LT1076 is rated at 2A) monolithic bipolar switching regulator which requires only a few external parts for normal operation. The power switch, all oscillator and control circuitry, and all current limit components, are included on the chip. The topology is a classic positive “buck” configuration but several design innovations allow this device to be used as a positive-to-negative converter, a negative boost converter, and as a flyback converter. The switch output is specified to swing 40V below ground, allowing the LT1074 to drive a tapped-inductor in the buck mode with output currents up to 10A.The LT1074 uses a true analog multiplier in the feedback loop. This makes the device respond nearly instantaneously to input voltage fluctuations and makes loop gain independent of input voltage. As a result, dynamic behavior of the regulator is significantly improved over previous designs.On-chip pulse by pulse current limiting makes the LT1074 nearly bust-proof for output overloads or shorts. The input voltage range as a buck converter is 8V to 60V, but a self-boot feature allows input voltages as low as 5V in the inverting and boost configurations. The LT1074 is available in lowcost TO-220 or DD packages with frequency pre-set at 100kHz and current limit at 6.5A (LT1076 =2.6A). A 7-pin TO-220 package is also available which allows current limit to be adjusted down to zero. In addition, full micropower shutdown can be programmed. See Application Note 44 for design details.A fixed 5V output, 2A version is also available. See LT1076-5.Applications Buck Converter with Output Voltage Range of 2.5V to 50V Tapped-Inductor Buck Converter with 10A Output at 5V Positive-to-Negative Converter Negative Boost Converter Multiple Output Buck Converter

LT1134ACN#PBF

Part Number : LT1134ACN#PBF

Analog Devices Inc.
The LT1130A/LT1140A series of RS232 drivers/receivers features special bipolar construction techniques which protect the drivers and receivers beyond the fault conditions stipulated for RS232. Driver outputs and receiver inputs can be shorted to ±30V without damaging the device or the power supply generator. In addition, the RS232 I/O pins are resilient to multiple ±10kV ESD strikes. An advanced driver output stage operates up to 250kbaud while driving heavy capacitive loads. Supply current is typically 12mA, competitive with CMOS devices.Several members of the series include flexible operating mode controls. The DRIVER DISABLE pin disables the drivers and the charge pump, the ON/OFF pin shuts down all circuitry. While shut down, the drivers and receivers assume high impedance output states.

Part Number : LT1236ACS8-10#TRPBF

Analog Devices Inc.
The LT1236 is a precision reference that combines ultralow drift and noise with excellent long-term stability and high output accuracy. The reference output will both source and sink up to 10mA and is almost totally immune to input voltage variations. Two voltages are available: 5V and 10V. The 10V version can be used as a shunt regulator (two-terminal zener) with the same precision characteristics as the three-terminal connection. Special care has been taken to minimize thermal regulation effects and temperature induced hysteresis. The LT1236 combines both superior accuracy and temperature coefficient specifications with out the use of high power, on-chipheaters. The LT1236 references are based on a buried zener diode structure which eliminates noise and stability problems with surface breakdown devices. Further, a subsurface zener exhibits better temperature drift and time stability than even the best band-gap references.Applications A/D and D/A Converters Precision Regulators Precision Scales Inertial Navigation Systems Digital Voltmeters
