Description

The ADP190 is a high-side load switch designed for operationfrom 1.2 V to 3.6 V. This load switch provides power domainisolation for extended power battery life. The device contains alow on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that supports more than500 mA of continuous current and minimizes power loss. Thelow 2 ?A (maximum) of ground current and ultralow shutdowncurrent make the ADP190 ideal for battery-operated portableequipment. The built-in level shifter for enable logic makes theADP190 compatible with modern processors and GPIOcontrollers.Beyond operating performance, the ADP190 occupies minimalprinted circuit board (PCB) space with an area less than 0.64 mm2and a height of 0.60 mm.
