The 3PEAK TPR70 series is a family of high-precision and low-temperature-drift voltage references with an accuracy of 0.05% and a temperature coefficient of 1.5 ppm/°C. All products of the TPR70 series can support both sinking and sourcing currents of ±10 mA and have a low dropout voltage. The high precision and excellent temperature stability performance make the TPR70 series an ideal reference in a system with high-resolution requirements.
The TPR70 series provides SOP8 and MSOP8 packages. All the products are qualified to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

Ultra-low temperature coefficient: 1 ppm/°C typical (-40°C to +125°C), 2.5 ppm/°C typical (0°C to +70°C) with max 3 ppm/°C full range
High initial accuracy with a maximum deviation of just 0.05% for nominal output voltage
Low output noise performance of 1 μVPP/V (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) with dedicated NR pin for additional noise filtering
Wide operating range: 7.5 V to 15 V input voltage, -40°C to +125°C operating temperature
