Code Conversion Application for MSP432P401R
Texas InstrumentsThis application note describes the usage of the code conversion application delivered with version 2.0.0 (and above) of the MSP432P401R device header files. In these revisions of the MSP432P401R device header files, the coding style has been adapted to CMSIS. This may lead to compilation errors in user code if the code is not converted. MSP430™ style register definitions have also been removed with exception of legacy 16-bit IPs (see msp432p401r_classic.h).
In addition, certain MSP430 style definitions have changed. Therefore, TI recommends that you run the code conversion application even if you do not use CMSIS style definitions.
