VBus protection with eFuse for solid state drive modules reference design


This reference design provides the front end protection of a SSD module and showcases the fully featured power tree for standard 3.3-V: 1.8-V: and 1.5-V rails. This size optimized design helps customers with appropriate selection of the integrated circuit protection device: load switches: and DC/DCs converters.
