12VIN Intel Atom E6xx (Tunnel Creek) CPU Core Power Design for Industrial PCs; this design enables a small CPU core regulator power supply area and excellent thermal performance: one of they key design requirements of COM express modules and single board computers used in industrial automation and process control.

  • Differential voltage and current sense for tight voltage and current sense accuracy: and tight regulation irrespective of PCB placement     Discrete high-side and low-Side CSD14xxx NexFETs enable output current scalability to 14A TDC          Settings for evaluating all Intel IMVP6+ CPU core voltage regulator functions    On-board load transient generator for easy evaluation    Only 2x330uF bulk cap and 10x10uF MLCC output capacitors required               Max case temperature 75 ° C (10A load)
