High Efficiency Forward Converter (12V@7A) for PoE Powered Device (PD)
Description
The PMP5124 reference design provides 12V at 7A from a 48V telecom input with greater than 95% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller with self-driven synchronous rectifiers to achieve very high efficiency.
