Texas Instruments
24MHZ ARM CORTEX-M0+ MCU WITH 16
Texas Instruments MSPM0C110x microcontrollers are highly integrated, ultra-low-power 32-bit MCUs based on the enhanced Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core running up to 24 MHz. These cost-optimized devices combine strong analog integration, operation from 1.62 V to 3.6 V, and extended temperature support from −40 °C to +125 °C.
The MSPM0C110x series provides up to 16 KB Flash and 1 KB SRAM, a precise on-chip oscillator that removes the need for an external crystal, plus a 1-channel DMA and CRC-16 accelerator. Integrated peripherals include a 12-bit 1.5 Msps ADC with temperature sensor, a 16-bit advanced timer, two 16-bit general timers, a windowed watchdog, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C) supporting protocols such as LIN, IrDA, DALI, Manchester, smart card, SMBus, and PMBus.
As part of the MSPM0 low-power family, these MCUs offer scalable analog and digital integration with optimized low-power modes for battery-driven measurement applications. They are supported by a broad ecosystem including LaunchPad™ hardware, the free MSP SDK within Code Composer Studio™, reference designs, training resources, and TI E2E™ community support.
