OSI Optoelectronics is a provider of advanced optoelectronics and electronic assemblies.

In 2006, several subsidiaries were consolidated under the same brand name, OSI Optoelectronics:

UDT Sensors: UDT Sensors is a manufacturer of standard and custom photodiodes and optical sensors. Their products include standard and custom photodiodes optical sensors, thin/thick film ceramic hybrid modules, and many more.

AME:  A/S Akers Electronics is a supplier of high-quality, custom-designed, advanced microelectronics.

CentroVision: CentroVision was spun off from Centronics Ltd in the mid-80s. Acquired by OSI Systems in 2002, CentroVision manufactures UV, Visible and Near IR detectors.

OSI Fibercomm: OSI Fibercomm was established by OSI Systems in 1998 and offers optical transmission solutions in the form of photo-detectors and subsystems for optical network applications related to high-speed data and voice transmission.

Laser Diode: The company was founded as a manufacturer of solid-state lasers. In 2000 LDI was purchased by TYCO Industries following the demand for high-energy, high-reliability lasers for telecommunications applications. OSI Systems purchased LDI in 2011.

Advanced Photonix: In 2018, OSI Optoelectronics acquired Advanced Photonix from Luna Innovations. Advanced Photonix is a manufacturer of standard and custom photodiodes and optical sensors.
