HF Instruments GmbH are based in Sulzbach im Taunus, Germany specialising in the development, manufacture and marketing of high frequenct instruments for test and measurement. They are focused on the Isolation Measurement System, a high speed multi-channel galvanically isolated measurement system for power electronics, the semiconductor curve tracer, which tests and characterizes semiconductors incl. IGBTs, MOSFETs, Transistors and Diodes and the B-H Analyzer which tests and characterizes soft magnetic materials such as silicon-steel plates, ferrites and amorphous materials.
