CABLE345 RF Assemblies - CABLE 345 RF-0040-1
GCT assemblies with reformable Flexiform 405 coax cable deliver stable performance under vibration and environmental stress
GCT CABLE345 expands the RF assembly offering with a four-hole TNC flange-mount mated to an SMP right-angle jack via Habia Flexiform 405 reformable coax cable. This configuration addresses customer demand within defense communication platforms, where SMP is a common interface on MIL-spec modules and the TNC flange provides predictable panel retention. The assembly operates from DC to 6 GHz and is built for systems requiring environmental sealing, mechanical security, and reliable RF integrity.
The four-hole TNC flange delivers IP67/68 sealing and stable compression under load, while the semi-flex coax mitigates vibration-induced fatigue and enables controlled routing in confined housings. Flexiform 405 cable maintains low loss, strong shielding, and broad temperature tolerance for long-term field use. Optional heat-shrink reinforcement is available. The assembly aligns with the broader RF range, including additional SMP, MMCX, U.FL, and custom cable configurations for defense-grade communications.
