Flex Power Modules
PMBUS, PARALLEL ACS, PEAK POWER
The Flex Power Modules BMR352 non-isolated, regulated, digital intermediate bus converter (IBC) features a PMBus interface. It delivers a regulated 12 V up to 2,000 W of continuous power with efficiency levels reaching 97.9% at half load, all within an industry-standard quarter-brick footprint measuring 58.4 mm x 36.8 mm x 14.5 mm. Its flat baseplate design simplifies conduction cooling to a customer’s heatsink or cold plate. For short bursts of less than 0.5 s, the converter can supply peak power up to 3,000 W (250 A).
With an input voltage range of 40 V to 60 V, the BMR352 is ideal for 48 V and 54 V systems commonly used in datacenters, high-performance computing, and cloud infrastructure. The fully regulated 12 V nominal output that is adjustable from 8 V to 13.2 V makes it well-suited for powering downstream voltage regulators, point-of-load (PoL) converters, integrated power stages such as the BMR510, and other circuitry requiring a tightly regulated supply such as PCIe and fans.
