The Flex Power Modules BMR323 is a compact, non-isolated 8:1 fixed-ratio intermediate bus converter (IBC) designed for high-performance applications. Measuring only 27 mm × 18 mm × 6.7 mm (1.06" × 0.71" × 0.26"), it delivers 600 W continuous output power and up to 1,200 W peak power from an input range of 40 V to 60 V, achieving an impressive power density of up to 368 W/cm³ (6132 W/in³).
This unregulated converter operates with a fixed 8:1 ratio, providing an output voltage between 5 V and 7.5 V, making it ideal for systems requiring a lower intermediate bus voltage to maximize overall efficiency.
Efficiency reaches 97.8%, and up to six units can be paralleled to support loads of up to 3,600 W. The BMR323 is engineered for top-side cooling via a heatsink with airflow or liquid cooling through a thermal block.
BMR323 is footprint-compatible with BMR320, also has an 8:1 input-output ratio and 400 W TDP.
