This reference design will discuss the evaluation board of Vincotech H6.5 3-Level IGBT module for 3-Level topology
Features
- Evaluation of Vincotech H6.5 three-level toplogy with IGBTs Single phase inverter (PV, etc) with high efficiency (<10kW), 1/2 switching loss and 1/2 output filter by three-level operation
- ACPL-352J with high drive current without buffer circuit and protection circuits
- Connection of main DC power supply, 3 gate driver supplies (+/-) and 6 gate control signals with 5V for driver
- Snubber capacitors included
