The LTC6905-X series of parts are precision, fixed frequency, silicon oscillators designed to minimize board space while maximizing accuracy and ease of use.Programmed at the factory to a fixed frequency, the LTC6905-X series of parts need no external trim components. An internal three-state divider allows for division of the master clock by 1, 2 or 4, providing 3 frequencies (for each device). The LTC6905-X series operate with a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply and provide a rail-to-rail, 50% duty cycle, square wave output. The OE pin will disable the output when brought low and synchronously enable the output when brought high, avoiding pulse slivers. The four products of the LTC6905-X family are: LTC6905-133: fOSC = 133MHz, 66.7MHz, 33.3MHz LTC6905-100: fOSC = 100MHz, 50MHz, 25MHz LTC6905-96: fOSC = 96MHz, 48MHz, 24MHz LTC6905-80: fOSC = 80MHz, 40MHz, 20MHz?The LTC6905-X series of parts are designed with a factory trim option to modify the divider ratios from 1, 2, 4 to 8, 16, 32. A second trim option allows for additional master clock frequencies. The LTM4651 is an ultralow noise, 58V, 24W DC/DC ?Module? inverting topology regulator. It regulates a negative output voltage (VOUT?) from a positive input supply voltage (VIN), and is designed to meet the radiated emissions requirements of EN55022. Conducted emission requirements can be met by adding standard filter components.Included in the package are the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductor, filters and support components. The LTM4651 can regulate VOUT? to a value between ?0.5V and ?26.5V, provided that its input and output voltages adhere to the safe operating area criteria of the LTM4651: VIN + |VOUT?| ? 58V. A switching frequency range of 250kHz to 3MHz is supported (400kHz default) and the module can synchronize to an external clock.Despite being an inverting topology regulator, no level shift circuitry is needed to interface to the LTM4651?s RUN, PGOOD or CLKIN pins; those pins are referenced to GND.The LTM4651 is offered in a 15mm ? 9mm ? 5.01mm BGA package with SnPb or RoHS compliant terminal finish.Applications Avionics, Industrial Control and Test Equipment Video, Imaging and Instrumentation 48V Telecom and Network Power Supplies RF Systems

LTC4418 Dual Channel Prioritized PowerPath Controller
Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 2707B uses the LTC®4418 to arbitrate between two input supply rails, selecting the highest priority, valid supply to power the load. The V1 rail is defined to have higher priority and the V2 rail has lower priority. Both rails have individual overvoltage and undervoltage comparators for setting valid window thresholds with external resistive dividers. If the highest priority rail voltage V1 falls out of the defined window (overvoltage or undervoltage), the V2 rail, if it is valid, is enabled and powers the load. Two or more LTC4418s can be cascaded to provide switchover between more than two rails.

The ADP1878?/ ADP1879 are versatile current mode, synchronous step-down controllers. They provide superior transient response, optimal stability, and current-limit protection by using a constant on-time, pseudo fixed frequency with a programmable current limit, current control scheme. In addition, these devices offer optimum performance at low duty cycles by using a valley, current mode control architecture. This allows the ADP1878 / ADP1879 to drive all N-channel power stages to regulate output voltages to as low as 0.6 V.The ADP1879 is the power saving mode (PSM) version of thedevice and is capable of pulse skipping to maintain outputregulation while achieving improved system efficiency at lightloads (see the ADP1879 Power Saving Mode (PSM) section formore information).Available in three frequency options (300 kHz, 600 kHz, and1.0 MHz, plus the PSM option), the ADP1878 / ADP1879 are wellsuited for a wide range of applications that require a single-inputpower supply range from 2.95 V to 20 V. Low voltage biasing issupplied via a 5 V internal low dropout regulator (LDO).In addition, soft start, programmability is included to limitinput in-rush current from the input supply during startup andto provide reverse current protection during precharged outputconditions. The low-side current sense, current gain scheme andintegration of a boost diode, along with the PSM/forced pulsewidthmodulation (PWM) option, reduce the external part countand improve efficiency. The ADP1878/ADP1879 operate over the ?40?C to +125?Cjunction temperature range and are available in a 14-LeadLFCSP_WD package.APPLICATIONS Telecom and networking systems Mid to high-end servers Set-top boxes DSP core power supplies

The LTC7812 is a high performance synchronous Boost+Buck DC/DC switching regulator controller that drives all N-channel power MOSFET stages. It contains independent step-up (boost) and step-down (buck) controllers that can regulate two separate outputs or be cascaded to regulate an output voltage from an input voltage that can be above, below or equal to the output voltage. The LTC7812 operates from a wide 4.5V to 38V input supply range. When biased from the output of the boost regulator, the LTC7812 can operate from an input supply as low as 2.5V after start-up. The 33?A no-load quiescent current extends operating run time in battery-powered systems.Unlike conventional buck-boost regulators, the LTC7812?s cascaded Boost+Buck solution has continuous, nonpulsating, input and output currents, substantially reducing voltage ripple and EMI. The LTC7812 has independent feedback and compensation points for the boost and buck regulation loops, enabling a fast output transient response that can be easily optimized externally.Applications Automotive and Industrial Power Systems High Power Battery Operated Systems

The ADAR1000 is a 4-channel, X and Ku frequency band, beamforming core chip for phased arrays. This device operates in half-duplex between receive and transmit modes. In receive mode, input signals pass through four receive channels and are combined and output at the common RF_IO pin. In transmit mode, the RF_IO input signal is split and passes through the four transmit channels. In both modes, the ADAR1000 provides a ?31 dB gain adjustment range and a full 360? phase adjustment range in each radio frequency (RF) channel, with 6-bit resolution (less than ?0.5 dB and 2.8?, respectively).A simple 4-wire serial port interface (SPI) controls all of the on-chip registers. In addition, two address pins allow SPI control of up to four devices on the same serial lines. Dedicated transmit and receive load pins also provide synchronization of all ADAR1000 chips in the same array, and a single pin controls fast switching between the transmit and receive modes. The ADAR1000 is fabricated in a silicon-germanium, bipolar CMOS (BiCMOS) process. The device is available in a compact, 88-terminal, 7 mm ? 7 mm, LGA package and is specified from ?40?C to +85?C.APPLICATIONS Phased array radar Satellite communications systems
